Training Ride

We had our first training ride of the year on the 15th March we started at Lidls in Lowestoft and went out to Browston Hall where we stopped for lunch before riding back again.
We were all together for the first time and we had good fun. John done exceptionally well on his new bike considering it was his first time and the other John joined George on the tandem. Some bike swapping was done on route but we all got there safe and sound and had a lovely lunch aswell!
Jenny Westgate from the Palliative Care charity joined us to take some promotional photos but unfortunately couldn't stay for lunch.
We are going to try and go out about 3 times a week from now on although we won't all be together as this will be pretty impossible to accomplish with peoples work commitments etc...
